If like me you discovered the latest release of the Mobile version (2.4 with account support) of Youtube was not available for your N97 when you entered m.youtube.com/app on your device, then do not fear, you no longer have to wait thanks to Symbian France for extracting the file for me, which can be found here. I can confirm it works perfectly on my N97. Enjoy.!
This video almost slipped through the net, as I was trawling through my Reader the other day, and one of the videos I clicked to view was in fact dated over a week ago, so thought nothing of it, but then I kept seeing Symbian^3 reappearing in my reader, so investigated, and glad I did. This is an actual live demo of Symbian^3, and has been posted by Phonedog.com's Youtube channel, and features David Rivas, VP of Technology Management at Nokia talking us through the various UI elements of Symbian^3. Take a look below, and let us know what you think.

Let’s say you have recently found an amazing basketball shot video and favorited it on your desktop PC. When you’re at the basketball court with your friends, all you need to do is launch the YouTube app and go to your “Favorites” to show it to them.
I noticed a few days ago now that Qik Premium was available whilst browsing Ovi Store contents, and being a regular user of their standard Qik application, I quicky purchased Qik Premium, however, Unknwon to me at the time, the purchase price of €5 Euros ($6.78 USD), is not only a localized price, but it is just for a year, and not an outright one-off payment. I thought I would give it a testing before writing my post here.
I mention localized pricing, because after I paid the €5 Euros for Qik Premium in Ovi Store, I started hearing on twitter from other fellow editors, and bloggers, that the very same application is available for less than half of what I paid in both the US, and Pakistan, with Ovi Store advertising Qik Premium for just $5 USD, and $2.75 USD. Here is a screenshot of my localized pricing for Qik Premium..
Today in the hot seat taking my questions in our latest Interview with a Nokia Enthusiast, is Mobile Jorge of Nokia Mobile Talk, and the great site that helps many Nokia Users around the world get the most out of their Nokia device, Nokia-Tips.
Jorge is located in sunny Miami, Florida, and is very well known in the online Nokia world, not only hosting the sites mentioned, but for also participating in many Podcasts too.
Anyway, hopefully you will enjoy reading Jorge's answers to my Nokia, Symbian, Maemo, and MeeGo related questions below, where he tells us a little about this himself, and his experience with Nokia handsets etc.
How many Nokia devices, and Nokia Accessories do you currently own?
Currently I own the ultimate E-series device of the moment the esteemed Nokia E72 and off course the photographic powerhouse of the Nokia N86. I also own the older E71, my trusty pal the Nokia N95 8GB and a lonely s60v5 XM 5530, which I don't even touch.
What was your very first Nokia handset?
My first device was the super capable Nokia E71, what a phone, I really enjoyed this bad boy because it just worked extremely well under various conditions, plus its supreme built was something truly unique.
Which Nokia/Ovi service do you use the most, and why?
This is easy, it has to be Nokia Messaging without a doubt. Nokia Messaging is a truly unique product from Nokia not only does it bring you true mobile connectivity with your email but it can integrate various types ie. gmail, yahoo, hotmail, and a bunch of other like for example I'm using my @nokiamobiletalk domain email via MS Exchange and NM has performed flawlessly with my Nokia E72. Also its highly customizable to suit everyones needs.
The US Patent, and Trademark Office have recently shown that Nokia has filed a Patent on the idea of a self-charging Mobile device technology. I guess this was only a matter of time, with technology advancing faster than you can honestly keep up with your News feeds without hitting "Mark-all-Read". Who remembers the Dynamo bike lights?
A small contraption fitted to your bicycle frame, which by the press of a lever, a rotating part would make contact to your bike's tyre, and in turn, as the wheel of your bike rotated, the Dynamo would take this rotation, and convert it to power, and then illuminate your bicycles lights.
Later came the Dynamo Torch, with the latest versions today moving away from the trigger grip type which you had to sqeeze to generate power, to the wind-up types, then came the Wind Up Radios, which in turn brought music, and news to far out countries where electricity is in short supply.
