I know you've all been reading about Nokia World for the last week, and so many bloggers that attended the massive event have been covering it so brilliantly that there has been little left to say. I do want to at least mention one of the latest reports that comes from one an all time favorite blog of mine, Symbian-Guru.com. Dotsisx has joined the team over there and has already proven to be a brilliant addition to this reader with her thoughts on Ovi and its part in the much needed integration of our lives as digital natives. New details of Ovi that were announced at Nokia World 2007 has shed some light on the relevance and concept that are really starting to excite me. She notes that there are certainly still things to be sorted out and that we still really don't know what Ovi is going to offer us. Pop over there to have a read of the post, and maybe get a little pumped about Ovi yourself.

Terve, Tommi. No- no idea on the release date yet. Still a few loose ends to tie up- and even at that, it doesn't sound like we're going to see a full Ovi when it goes live. Nevertheless, I'm pretty interested to "hear more, see more..." you know?

One thing they launch next week is N-Gage . From pocket gamer in UK Nokia has announced that, next week, owners of N81 and N81 8GB handsets will get "exclusive access to the pre-release version of the N-Gage application and one or more N-Gage games".

Yeah- I can't figure out why it would only be N81s though- completely crazy.

I was really hoping that Ngage's launch next week might mean the N95-3 is in line for another update soon, but it seems this is not the case. Sad week for me as a US N95 user.

Yes thats sad for the other N-serie owners , specily US N95-3 but I belive they do this because they want it to be right from start, If they launch it to millions and millions of N-serie owners and something go wrong , That wood be more sadness

Like they say from pocket gamer> Nokia has announced that, next week, owners of N81 and N81 8GB handsets will get "exclusive access to the pre-release version of the N-Gage application and one or more N-Gage games". The company announced it on its official N-Gage blog. At the same time next week, it will open special 'N-Gage First Access' forums, for users to "give us your feedback on the experience, make suggestions, and help us co-create the N-Gage games service". It's further proof of Nokia's decision to make the new N-Gage the softest of soft launches: one handset (well, two, but you know what we mean), a "pre-release" version of the N-Gage app, and the possibility that only one game will be available. We're eager to see which game(s) is (are) available, and how the N-Gage application performs, so keep checking back here next week for first reports and reaction to Nokia's new games initiative I hope they launch it to other N-serie devies soon Kippis cheers report abuse
