Our friends at WOM World are hosting a get together of
Nseries fans in the London area later this week. Regular readers will be
familiar with this group as hosts of many events that help get the word out on
the world of Nokia Nseries products and services. WOM World is a wealth of
resources on the Nseries universe, linking of all the news, reviews and
discussion that they find as they scour the Internet day and night to keep
Nokia users connected to the word on the street as told by the people that use
the devices. If it’s buzzing in the Nokia blogosphere, it’s on WOMWorld.com .
That being said, the wonderful people at WOM World have proven time and time
again that they can effortlessly exceed graciousness when they host an event
and are genuinely a fantastic group of people all around. If you’re in the
London area, you want to clear next Wednesday the 5th of March from your
calendar. It all goes down about 6:30pm at the Old Crown Pub in London near
Holborn. There is no reservation required, and all Nseries fans are warmly invited
by WOM World to share drinks with other Nseries enthusiasts.
Ryan Gallagher will be making a stop there on his leg of the Urbanista Diaries to do something called a ‘camera toss’. Whatever this is, you’re most likely better off watching his demo at the Old Crown Pub on Wednesday rather than taking this pastime on as your own. Several other Nokia bloggers hail from the London area- the expected guest list may include Jay and Christian from MyNokiaBlog.com , faces from AllAboutSymbian.com and others. My buddy Ricky Cadden seems to have word that Whatleydude, the Jaiku and SpinVox evangelist will be making an appearance. Sharing a pint with this absolute top-notch bloke will be well worth the price of admission alone, which is only to tell everyone that PseudoFinn says hello. ;)
If you’re in the area, you’re not gonna want to miss out on what is sure to be a great time with drinks, discussion with other Nokia - and no doubt the crew from WOM World will be bringing some devices along for you to play with.

Shame.......... Shame this his wasn't mentioned over at N95users as i would have goneas it's not far from where i work and i could have represented N95users & Nokiausers.I only found out about this last night and now have other plans and can't get out of them now. Gutted now! |
