The N95 is one of the most complete mobiles out there still. This mobile is for the casual user, and still applies to the business oriented consumers as well. This mobile has just about everything under the sun that one would want on one device.
Core Features
The N95 was one of the first mobiles to have a 5MP camera. The camera has a maxium resolution of 2592x1944 pixels, which is not to shabby for a mobile camera. Flash and a Carl Zeiss lens are also present for the camera, so this mobile truly could replace your digital camera.
GPS is in the feature list of the N95 as well. With Nokia Maps installed on it, or even Garmin or TomTom, you can navigate new areas of travel with ease.
Listening to music and watching videos on it are simply a pleasure. With the inclusion of Stereo Bluetooth, you can listen to your music or listen to your movie wirelessly. You can even use the TV-Output cable to feed either your music or a video to your TV.
As a working class mobile, the N95 has that covered as well. Though some 3rd party apps maybe be needed, the N95 can get things done for the office just as if it were a PDA. It just does them in more style than most.
So now you have a 5MP camera, GPS unit, MP3/Video Player, Mobile Phone, Web Browser, and PDA wrapped up into one device. Everything a growing geek needs.
The N95 8GB was released Q4 2007. It had 8GB of internal phone memory, and lost the memory card slot. The screen size was 2.8" , slightly bigger than original. The camera cover was removed to make room for the bigger battery. With some slight design differences, the N95 8GB was a little heavier than the original. Still as solid as the N95 though.
