When we heard about the upcoming firmware release for the N95-3, we really didn’t want to get our hopes up. After months of waiting and numerous other N95 firmware releases, it appeared the North American model was forgotten. The wait is over my friends, v20.2.011 is here. There is no official changelog yet, but here is a quick breakdown of user reports:· Flash Lite 3 Support
· 19 Second boot up time
· 2 second camera boot up
· Integrated search for Internet and My Content
· N-Gage Demos
· Possible Demand Paging
· Web Run Time support
It does appear auto-screen rotation was left out of this release, which was a bit of a disappointment. Either way, this is definitely a worthwhile update -and I wouldn’t expect another one any time soon. More details after some testing….
