The Nokia E72 is quite a mobile, even if you are coming from an E71. That being said, there is still loads of Nokia E72 software available to make the phone even better. Away from home of the office but still need access to the PC? Try out RDM+, which is a remote desktop application for Symbian. With RDM, you can securely view your entire desktop, zoom and change the orientation, all while have full control wherever you are. RDM+ also allows you to password the application so only you are able to access the designated PC’s.
Another great E72 application is JoikuSpot. With JoikuSpot, you can turn your mobile phone into a wireless hotspot, without the need for dongles, cables, or even Bluetooth. All you need to do is install the application to your phone, and your 3G connection can now be used by any wireless device (iPod, Laptop, home PC) with a few simple clicks. JoikuSpot even supports encryption, for those that want to browse on secure networks.
An additional application we can’t live without on our Nokia E72 is SBSH FExplorer Pro. With FExplorer you are able to use a number of tools not included by default on the phone, such as a screenshot ultilty, file explorer, flashlight, phone info report (IMEI, firmware, etc), and tons of other very useful apps.
