What bout the people who have purchased a top of the line, flagship device costing HUNDREDS of dollars from an online retailer, only to have their phone be defective in some way after the initial 30 day grace period but inside the warranty period.  Why are we forced to deal with a silly, incompetent, outsourced Repair program that may or may NOT EVER get you a working phone again?  Why no advanced exchange services?   - Nick</description>

			<description>They just want to make a lot of money. &quot;Connecting people...&quot; sure, incidentally, if that means selling a lot of product. But they are clearly a marketing driven company, with a focus on segmentation, so much so they don't want to deliver a device that competes (is good) in too many categories. So you'll always see the business phone is slightly weaker in multimedia, the multimedia devices don't quite have the business features (basic things like copy and paste, etc). Hopefully they will become more considerate of the high end customer considering the upcoming competition. Smartphone users are making more of a commitment to the &quot;platform,&quot; and Nokia isn't making the assurances that they will support it going forward, like an iPhone or Android device probably will (with open source or typical Apple OS update policies).

			<description>I can only agree with you , I dont get either with all this N95 - 3,2,3 , 8GB series   to North America . Its strange that they not say ,In Mars  the US version come out and so on . I really hope they start do busniess better over there with much more inprovment information. Hey Nokia is the BIG company of connecting people . Then they shud start spoke in the easy way and give people good info.
