Can any one tap my conversation with third party with nokia hand set

Can someone tap my mobile converstatio with a third person? If yes please notify me as to how it can be done and what steps to take to catch the culprit red handed.
One of my known person is claiming that he has nokia set in which he can feed the number of the person for which recording has to be done and by this he has tapped my conversation with third person.
I can not ask directly to that person how and why he did it? so please help me regarding his trick.
As per my knowledge he is using nokia E61 set(or black berry set if it is).

And you know for a fact that he recorded it?
Did he give you proof?
You sure he has not just been talking to the person you spoke to, and they told him all about the conversation?

To my knowledge, this is simply not possible. I think the chap is messing with you. This is stuff from the movies.
