No question- GPS, 5mpix, Xenon flash...?
N82 all day long. I just wish it would be released in a slider form factor- despite the problems with the N95's slide mechanism. Perhaps Nokia should contemplate releasing both a candybar style and a slider N82, as they have with other devices....?
At anyrate- N82 is the device for me, though the N81 is a far more attractive device, IMO.

yeah i agree. i reckon that there will be a major price difference between the 2 devices 4 months after they are released, the n82 will reduce in price only slighty as the n73 has whereas the n81 will reduce in price quite significantly as the S.E w850i has

8 gig cards are just around the corner, I see no advantage of the n81 (unless your some sort of crazy slider or ngage fan).

The N81 comes with a card slot, or as an 8gb model.

yeah, So at best its storage capacity keeps pace with the n82, so youd really have to like sliders to go for the n81 without gps, xenon flash, 5mpix rtc...

It also depends on how much value you place on those things... some people just want a basic camera, some people don't even want a GPS, and would rather just pay less for a device that is still a powerful S60 device without all the bells and whistles of a device like the N82 or N95.
I don't trust those people. :P

Yeah they must be communists or something Thats true though, if the n81 is half the price, then I'm sure its worth it for tons of people.

Hmm...makes me wonder even more.
How much do you guys think the N82 will retail at?.
I doubt it will be equivalent to the price of the N95 when it was first out.
