N73 Stopped Sending MMS

My friends N73 was able to send MMS as usual up untill last week, and then it just stopped, saying 'Packet data connection not available'.
Now she's not one to go playing with settings and things so i don't know what could've happened.
I recently updated her firmware *insert sexual inuendo* but she believes it still worked even after that but then a few days later is when it stopped.
I ran the settings wizard but to no avail. Any hints?
