I doubt that - My mate lost his temper and threw his at the wall taking a large chunk out of the plaster. Once he found all the parts he put his phone back together, switched it on, and it worked just fine.

Same guy dropped the SAME N95 8gb down two flights of stairs in a Hong Kong hotel block and it was just fine.

Im lucky enough to have two N95 8gb's due to a monumental **** up on 02's part, I use one as my day to day 'stunt' phone, its latest adventure was flying out of my pocket whilst I was tumbling, it ended up cartwheeling and skipping across a laminated floor in a sports hall..... it actually FIXED my loose slider!
