protech invisible protection
just installed the protech invisible protection. if you have ever installed vinyl stickers on anything this should be a breeze. took me about 30mins to get it all. i used a guitar pick to squeegee the bubbles out. also the n95-1 kit has 3 pieces for the front: top, screen, and bottom around the buttons. the left side has two pieces but one of them covers up the ir lens. dont really use it that much so not sure if that is going to affect funtionality. if you do get this kit id recommend installing in this order:
battery cover, piece around the camera, top, bottom, top front, screen, bottom around the buttons, camera/volume side, and then ir/memory side. its just easier to let the pieces dry out before attempting the next part. also when you're done use a hair dryer to dry it up a bit and push out any other bubbles. hair dryer also makes it softer and easy to mold around bumps and corners. I'll try to get more pics when i can find a camera. ![]()

Yes, that's exactly what's stopping me from getting it.
I was also considering just applying the front and tops and NOT the back. |

I found this very hard to install. I tried, but tried to dry the protector before applying it onto the phone (I read somewhere that moisture got under the lcd and ruin the screen). By that time, my finger tips were dry and there were fingerprints on the protector. I just found it very hard to apply without the spray that comes with Invisible Shields.
This is my first time applying any skin to an electronic device. A question, once the protector has water on it, can I still stick it back to the adhesive that the protector was originally on, and use it at a later time? Thanks. |
