Difference between 11 & 15 - N95 8GB

Whats the noticeable real difference between version 11 and 15 on 3 network brnaded N95-8GB ? Is it worth debranding now or wait for v20 to come out?

I dont know anything about the 3 network, bacause i live in the u.s., I do know that v15 has flashplayer 3, alowing you to watch flash videos on most websites like youtube, and on some sites that have flash games, you'r able to play them. Other than that i personaly dont know of any other differences.
