Cant connect my phone to PC suite

Heya every1 gald to B here
Bt i do have a problem when i try to use the tools to sync phone to PC the applications fail due to an error( ConnAPI.DLL was no found) i have reinstalled the PC suite but i still get the error message I need to get this working cuz i down loaded upgrades with out saving my contacts and sch b4 hand now i lost them all
But i did save them when i first got the phone but i cant get at them because of this error message.
Should i jst uninstall everything nokia on my PC and reinstall everything or is there an esier fix?

HAd a few viruses in my Comp reinstalling windows fix THAT prob took me this long to reinstall everthing =]
