Proxy Password
Im trying to browse the net on my N95 using my company's wifi network.
To get internet access the companies network goes through a proxy firewall. On my N95, on my wireless access point that I have configured for the network, under advanced settings, I have the proxy server address and the port number, but I need to put in a user name and password for the proxy, and there doesnt appear to be a place to put this in. Am I missing something ? How do I specify a username and password for the proxy ? |

i'm not sure if this pertains to your question, but here at my university we need a username and password to connect to the internet. So when i use my phone, it connects to the network and then on opening a page, i am prompted for my user name and password. have you tried just opening a webpage?

You have an account to your companies internet access right? If so, use your login details via your phone.
