How do you connect the laptop to your phone? BT, IR, USB? And do you use PC Suite to connect, or you have installed N95 modem?

When my N95 was serving as a modem, it was disconnecting after few seconds, because the modem settings was somehow not right. Connecting via PC Suit helps and there are always N95 modem drivers at Nokia's web.

Check your internet setting on laptop ...Because when you connecting through N95 your connection is a dial up using N95 as a modem..
Does it make sense??

Joikuspot still tends to drop the connection a little often for me.

Using it as a bluetooth modem is good though - don't go through PC Suite though - under bluetooth devices use the "Dial-up Networking" option (you'll need to get the dial-number/password/username from your network though, for Vodafone NZ you only need to the number - the other fields are left blank).

I've been connected here for 5hrs, 3mins. Via Bluetooth/DUN.

I would suggest any dropped connection is down to your network provider.
