N95-4 & windows xp (only have SP1)

Would I have a problem getting N95-4 connected to my computer?

Note: I have not updated my windows xp, since I have an illegal version.

Well i dont think an illegal version has any significant diff. Perhaps you wanna try using Nseries PC suite instead?
