2860 slide connection
I posted in here before about this but couldn't find my log in ID!! So here I am again under another monica and asking the same question.
I have a Nokia 2860 slide which has a Virgin Mobile Sim card. I also have a dongle in my laptop. Thanks to advice in here, I succeeded in getting the laptop to show up on the mobile and the mobile to show up on the laptop. So far so good! But when I try to 'send images' to my laptop, I get a message on the phone saying "No device recognised"! Any suggestions?

Are you trying over bluetooth? The best methods are generally bluetooth, or the Nokia PC suite.
If the pictures are stored in a memory card (can't be bothered to look up the phone specs at the mo), then just plugging in the USB cable and using mass storage mode would work. |

Well, I did try that but but it didn't work so that was when I made the first post here and a mod advised me to try the dongle.
There's no memory card, just the Sim card. I was so excited when the two 'recognised' each other but .... well, was not to be!
