Has anyone by any chance seen any Jay Sean themes around?
If not how do you make them?

Not seen any themes and they are fairly complicated to make.
Why don't you just use some wallpapers instead?

I can link you to the software to make themes if you want but it's not for the faint hearted, quite complicated, let me know?
