my first nokia and it's a e71 with an issue

hi guys i'm new to the forum and this is my first nokia. . .i got the new nokia e71 i love it so much. but been having the freeze issue where my screen turns to a blurry light color and everything freezes the only way to restart is to take out the battery and turn it back on i'd just got this phone for a day i have not added any applications everything is factory . . . is anyone else having this issues? please help. and also i'm a mac user the nokia cd doesn't seem to support it? what about the applications can i get apps on my mac and to the phone? thanks in advance

My have never freeze 1 time , after a month of use , so I dont know about that
issue . Have it happen more times then the first day?

do a hard reset (press *#7370#) and if it persist, demand for a replacement because it's faulty. i've returned three E71s in two weeks.
