E61i synchronization trouble

As a decent investigator, imagine my surprise when I could not find any posts related to the synchronization of the E61i with a PC.

Could it be that such an anomaly doesn't exist or is it a feeble attempt by those in higher positions of authority to masquerade the truth?

At any rate, I am unable to synchronize my E61i with Outlook 2003 through the Nokia PC Sync program.

All I see is Waiting for Nokia E61i... with no activity on the phone.

Please advise.

I had this problem of syncing my mobile with PC suite.
Solution:
go to Start> Control Panel> Add or Remove Programs
go to PC Connectivity Solution. Click on it, and then click and change.
In the opened window click repair.
