Default E51 keyboard

Hi,
Some keys on my keypad do not give me anymore the usual "click" when clicking on a specific key. This is the case for the keys that I use the most, eg the unlock keys.
My question: would this problem be solved by replacing the keyboard ? ... or is the problem lying underneath the keyboard?

Thanks in advance,
Herman

It may pay to just take the keypad out and give it a good clean. There may be some dust or grime under it.

like them both. One is small and light and other has qwerty keyboard. The latter seem to have more features and abilities, while the former is slim, light and very handsome!
