I decided to change product code and upgrade my firmware of N95 8Gb handset earlier on.
Previous to the firmware update, I backed up my handset via PC Suite - the update went fine until I did a restore after the firmware update to get my contacts, messages etc. back.
Now after entering the PIN , all it says is "Phone start up failed, contact retailer"
What have I done wrong? Any chance I can sort this myself or do I have to give it to a repair centre?
