removing calendar and Wlan from front page

is there any way to remove the calendar and Wlan from front page while keeping the standby icons?

I'm pretty sure there's not. I thnk there's a couple threads asking that same thing. Do a little search and there should be a definite answer in there

The only way i can think of would be to turn OFF 'Active Standby'

coming from the A1200 (Linux phone) we could just about do anything we wanted. is there any way getting into the phone and changing things?

Shame that the N95 is not like the E51 in that on the E51 you can go Menu>Tools>Settings>General>Personalisation>Standb y Mode>Active Standby Plugins and choose the items that you want to appear on screen giving you a nice "clean screen like this:-



You can then have up to 9 seperate one line calender entries.

Yeah it's a shame they didn't implement the plug-ins for the N series.Nokia always disappoint someway or another don't they?
