Hey

1. Power off the phone (or remove the battery if it will not power off)
2. Press & Hold 3 and the '*' button and GREEN button at same time
3. Power on (still holding the three buttons)
4. Wait 60 seconds (untill the phone boots to the "Select Country" menu or your sim asks for a pin)

Tomzie, that's no problem, but we encourage people to use the 'Search' function on the site because otherwise a lot of stuff gets posted twice, and it makes us mods' jobs a lot harder!

Even Google could have answered that one, the 5th result for 'hard reset n95' actually has the method in the 'short blurb' on the Google results page!!!!!
