I use T9/Predictive txt... if it's email addresses or WEP/WPA keys and the like I might turn it off, but I find it's generally the best option...

I try to use the Igo Stowaway most of the time, but it lacks some of the the chars we have in the norwegian alphabet, (Æ Ø Å) so really it`s back to the keypad for me.
I could use some norwegian drivers from Nokia, then i would get the missing letters but then i cant use the igo shortcuts (right fn + right space for right sofkey etc) so the short answer from me would be: keypad.
