Setting alarm for calendar entries

Is there any way I can have the alarm for calendar entries sound off when the phone is turned off!
I have a recurring appointment to remind me to change some meds every three days.

Hi Geoffers!

Kind of, but you must change the alarms from Calendar entries to normal Alarm entries.

Enter the Clock application, then press right joypad to show Alarm tab, then "Options" - "New alarm".

I say "kind of" because it won't allow you to repeat every three days. It would have to be on the same two days of the week every week. In other words, every 3 and a half days!

For example, two alarms repeating weekly: One every Monday at 09:00 and the other every Thursday at 21:00.

Ahhhh, thanks for that.

I kinda thought it was like that. I get it onto the Calendar by sync'ing with Outlook. Outlook allows repeats every three days.
The alarm sounds if the **** phone is on, but not if off! I turn my phone off at night.

Ah well!
