Go to Video Centre and scroll round to add new services.
In there choose YouTube Beta |

are you trying to use youtube in the browser?
Here's how I did it: 1. Go to Video Centre 2. Select 'Add new services' (this launches the browser) 3. Choose 'YouTube Mobile Videos - Beta' 4. Select Ok when asked 5. Go back to Video Centre - YouTube Beta is now there 6. Select YouTube Beta and it downloads a list of available videos 7. Select a video - it's then streamed and played There does seem to be a rather limited amount of content available, and no way to search for other videos.. but it is Beta |

Youtube are working on a proper mobile version, you just can't view it yet on your phone but you can on a normal browser for some reason:

Currently, the N95's web browser is only capable of Flashlite version 2, or something like that, which isn't powerful or flexible enough to allow Youtube's service website to operate on the device. It's just a simple form of Flash player, unfortunately on the N95. Perhaps this can be updated, but right now it seems we're not going to have that functinality. Bummer.
