Lifeblog/nokia Photos Aaaaaarrrrgggghhhh!

ok. so i was trying to make the most of lifeblog - useful thing, copied texts/pics. so i thought i'd sync up. never used it before, but thought it was worth trying...
"you have an incompatible version of lifeblog on your phone"...
read other's comments, installed the latest pc suite and nokia photos...
opened nokia photos...
clicked synchronise...
and it just says in the middle of the screen "synchronisation cancelled"


aaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggggggggggg hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!

help. please.

sorry for the ranty nature of my post - i was somewhat frustrated!!
not sure if i made it clear, but basically as soon as you tell the phone to sync, it immediately cancels. very random! and frustrating! lost track of uninstalling/reinstalling last night!

exactly what do you want to use Lifeblog for? Can't you use another software?

I agree... Lifeblog's as useless as tits on a boar pig...

I am thinking about giving it another whirl though... but not without arranging my photos into their proper albums with Picasa or something similar first... Lifeblogs useless with that...

oh... urm... i like the idea of text messages and pics on a timeline... what other software could i use instead?

your saying to syncronize it? I set up my account on flickr, you can type in the word nokia on flickr's website and there is some documentation there. Once you put your l/p on your phone as instructed... posting pictures is very easy and super fast.. especially via wifi. As far as syncronizing.. didnt know you could with flickr. I need to check this out... then again I dont want to upload all my pics to flickr from my phone. I just take a pic.. and if i want to upload.. I choose a web service.

speaking of Lifeblog...

Lifeblog was very good in this respect. HOWEVER... I was so pissed when I had a ton of pron pics in My Photos.... that when I installed lifeblog via the software pac... it grabbed all these pictures in there and tossed them up on a timeline within a program. Ridiculous.
So if your going to install this app... clear out your My Photos section first... start off clean.
Also if your paranoid, dont use it... it documents your text messages and alot of other things you did on your phone.
