n95 try to install something after reboot? virus?

my n95 keeps try to insntall something after reboot,but failed to install everytime.
so i dont know what program it's try to install on my phone.
is it a virus??????

i updated it days ago,it was good ,but i cant remember when it start to happen.
i have black 8 gb version V20

there was a thread about it. i have it and some members here too...i just try not to turn my phone off anymore. :)

mine does the same after the update, i am thinking it has something to do with not formatting the mass memory after the update, i would try formatting the mass memory. i dare not do it on mine as i have all my contacts and stuff which i didn't back up

I had this problem. It is a app(s) that you have installed in your memory card and its no longer on your phone. Backup your pictures, videos, etc then format your memory card.

i formatted the mass memory and did hard reset twice..it's still there. :)

When u did a backup on your memory card, did u copy everything out or just certain things? Because I only copy pictures and videos and mp3s

i never used backup. i synch my contacts with outlook and save my files so everything is clean as if it was new. i always do this everytime i update the firmware.
