how to put videos on my n95

sorry for being so dumb,but i've downloaded various videos/clips etc in various formats and have dragged/dropped them in my video folder but they either dont work or arent there.i know im being a dumb ***,but could you guys give me a step by step of how to copy videos from the pc to my phone plus what formats etc are best.

Put them in your My Videos folder.

You will most likely need to convert the videos to a format N95 can handle, luckily your questions are answered here:
