First timer help

Hi,

I have recently got my N95-2 8GB and the battery is shocking. I charged it when I received the phone until it said it was finished I had it mainly on standby, tried the Wlan and thought it was useless.

All in all the battery lasted 3hours. Anything I could do to expand the battery life???

Have you updated to the latest firmware......but if it is only lasting 3 hours there must be some thing else going on in the back ground try this link......

Forum Nokia - Nokia Energy Profiler

Also you can press and hold the left soft key to see what is still running.....

Thanks for that, After reading it I don't feel very comfortable doing this especially as it could effect my warranty on the phone.

I've tried to update the firmware but the Nokia Suite software checker thingy (and yes that is a technical term) comes up saying it's not compatible with vista.
