If this can be done on the N95 I would be very happy!

1. Is it possible to rename themes on the N95? The themes are listed with names given to them by their creators, but can you edit them whether on the N95 or on a computer (and then sending the theme back to the N95)?

2. Is there an easy way to make it so that you can have 15 folders on the Menu of the N95 instead of 12. Yes, I know you can have lots of folders on the menu. But to see the other folders you have to scroll down and then the top folders are not visible. Would it be possible for 15 or more folders to be visible in the menu at one time? This could be done by decreasing folder height and/or width, decreasing resolution etc. Any ideas?

Thanks for your effort but those screenshots in that thread show the menu with only 12 folders not 15 or more.
Also hacking the phone is something I found really difficult.. so I basically gave up :(

Not something easily done.

If it's speed your looking at, you can use the Keypad to jump to folder number what ever.

I just moved all my most used folders to the top 6 ( list view )

Only the creator of the theme can change the name.

I just need more room in the menu so I can fit 15 folders.. and I wouldnt want to have to scroll down to see the other 3. It would look so much better to have them all on the screen at the same time.. and it would be so much easier too

And to Mr G.. isn't there any way around it?

Nope!

Only if you know the creator of the theme can a theme be re-named.

Why would you want to change the name of a theme anyway?
The theme name is never displayed anywhere except in the app manager.

I've always wanted to do it so when I select a theme from the theme menu they were a bit more organised. It annoys me when themes start with odd characters and stuff.

I'm one of those people who has my record collection in alphabetical order, though.. :P
