Still finding my way around the 8gb I got yesterday so sorry in advance if this is an easy fix.
In the menu option I seem to have the calender icon missing, and in the 'tools' menu there is only 6 icons where as i`m sure on my old N95 there used to be 9. Also I dont seem to have the option of changing my screen saver on standby mode to vertical as its always horizontal.
Its version 11.0.026

As to the standby screen, only Landscape is available on the N95-2. try installing cClock, its a nice addition in standy.
Maybe upgrade your phones firmware, that should replace any missing icons.

Many thanks for the reply GSi as for updating my firmware i`m a bit dubious about this because being a total novice at this I attempted to do that on my old N95 and it didn`t seem to load correctly so I dont want to bugger my new phone up trying to update its firmware

It certainly does, is that the reason why the pc suite cd that came with the phone didnt install properly???

Yes, afraid so. Vista support has been removed temporarily, but PC Suite 7 Beta will be released to Beta testers tomorrow, myself included, so all being well, if its built-in NSU works well with Vista, it shouldn't be too long before its released to the public
