Everything very slow... ???

Hi all,

Since I did my upgrade to v20 on my 8gig, everything seems to be very slow.
Now I did a reset of 3+*+Green when powering up and stuff is still slow.

Should I maybe do a:
FORMATTING CODES
*#7370# .......... Format phone...[Hard-Reset]

Will this totally wipe my phone and allow me to start from the beginning?

Both approaches do exactly the same thing, except with the 3-key method you are not asked for the security code. If that didn't help, *#7370# won't make any difference. You can still try it though, you've already wiped everything when you did the 3-key reset, so nothing to lose.
