zombies in my imap account

Hello,

i use the build in email application with my imap account. All Mails are pushed to my N95 via IMAP-Idle. That works great so far - sometimes the connection is lost - but ok.

But an very annoying thing is that the mails in my inbox folder aren´t synced with my IMAP-Server. For instance: I get an email on my account - the email will be pushed to the N95. Later i will delete the mail in my account from my workstation. But the N95 doesnt detects that. The mail will stay on the phone - forever. That leads to a lot of "zombie-mails" on my N95. If i try to manually delete a zombie-mail the phone says something like "Mail-Header stays on phone memory". Is isnt possible to delete the mail.

Does anyone know this behavior. Is there a solution?
