Converting video to play on N95
Any help would be appreciated. I am looking to play AVI files on my Nokia N95 8GB but understand they do not play on real player. I have tried convertying these but find the quality is really reduced.
What is the bes program to conver these files to good quality MP4's ? Someone told me to download Divx player but I've heard this can cause problems on your phone. help ??? |

DivX mobile tends to hog memory and the movies start breaking up after some time which requires stopping and starting Divx again. Annoying. The speech is often out of sync also.
Any Video Converter is free and solid. Just select MP4 - mobile phone as the output and let it do its business. If you search, there are a few other free converters that are recommended in this forum. |

From the FAQ:
WinAVI MP4: IPod video: Under advanced settings: 320 X 240 VIDEO SIZE; 48000 AUDIO BITRATE; 1024000 VIDEO BITRATE. This worked brilliantly on a few .avi`s I`ve done recently.. |
