Where is IM in N95?

There is no instant messaging (for Wireless Village) that i can find in N95. Some of the users on nokia forums have mentioned they see it under "Menu>>Applications>>IM" But i have no entry there. I have also looked under "Messaging", it not there either.

Following is what all i have under Applications. Any help? Does N95 not support instant messaging. I am trying to configure packetbox.com on it.

some versions, including all us versions (ecollect. tigerdirect. nokia store, and letstalk) do not have this installed, if you update your firmware to the newest available you will gain the im program back, since you have to change your product code to a different euro version

So... how do you change your product number to a Euro one then? That's the next best question...

Can you use WLAN with the Nokia IM application?

It only lets me select a phone network, even after connecting to a Wireless Access Point successfully.

To those interested in flashing to Easter Euro language pack... The Nokia Blog has a mistake - it shows EURO 2 twice (one with Polish and one without). To get Polish, Czech etc pack you need to use code EURO 3. I figured that out after I had to flash my N95 three times to realize that EURO 2 does not have the Polish language pack. Now I'm a proud owner of Polish pack.

Chcek out my blog - Symbiosis (S60)
