I've got bumloads of sounds on both my phone memory and my sound card, but when I try to set a ringtone for a contact the only two options are 'Download Sounds' and 'Default'. Is there a specific folder I have to put them in? Or, do they have to be a specific file format?

Hi Pikadam2000, it's because of a bug which prevents the tones being displayed when you have too many music files on your phone.
The workaround is to copy the tones you want to use from your memory card to your phone memory and remove the memory card. Now when you try to assign tones they will all be listed. Once you've assigned them just re-insert your memory card. |
