n95 8gb unlock counter reset

hello guys, does anyone know where in the GTA (mississauga/brampton specifically) i can get my n95 unlock counter reset. I just replaced the phone now a i have another problem to deal with. It's a rogers phone but i want it working with my fido service.

called rogers up, the guy really didn't want to hear what i had to say, he kept saying they dont unlock phones anymore. i kept trying to tell him that i needed the # to reset the counter on it but he didn't seem to want to listen

You could always use a Turbo Sim. Until at least you find somewhere to unlock it physically.

ok i got it working.. i went to hxxp://xxx.b-phreaks.co.uk/ and they sent me an RPL file (after i paid them of course). It only took less then 5 min to get the file and a second to fix. My counter is reset and i was able to unlock the phone.

did b_phreaks send you unlock code as well?
I just got mine today, locked to rogers and I want to use Fido, where did you get unlock code?

i honestly don't know if they do or not. what happend was the unlock code that was entered was wrong, and it was entered too many times. The counter was stopped and i wasn't able to get it unlocked anymore.

So i went to b_phreaks and submitted my ASK file through NSS program and they retunred to me the RSS file to reset the counter so i could unlock it.

yea i know that didn't answer you question. So go to any flea market or any cell phone store that unlocks cell phones. Should cost you no moe then 20 bucks. I went to one off off finch and HWY 27 (near humber college).

Also once your phone is unlocked you'll have to debrand it to accept the nokia update. so you'll need NSS software anyways to do that. not hard to do. I posted the unlock code in the forums somwhere, just search for it or search for posts i've made ( there isn't much).

other then that, i added the $7 data plan to my fido service and my gps works rather quickly from power off to power on, i dont literally have to wait a whole 3-5 minutes to find a sat.
