Battery Housing Issue?

I had a quick question for you guys, my battery at the back is wobbly, ie if no cover on it will just fall out, or when the case is on the battery you can hear it wobble around. If I replace this with the back housing will it be fixed? The two battery holder plastics on the side where it holds the battery in place are too far apart. I have taped the battery to make it thicker so it is firmly in place now. But I want to replace my housing. If I replace just the back housing piece will this be fixed? Its hard to describe but are those plastic battery holder clips attached to my back housing? or some other part to the motherboard? The plastics are located on each side inside the back near the end of the phone.

Sorry its hard to explain I hope you guys understood me.

My battery would just fall out if the cover wasn't on, maybe your cover has a lttle fault, have you tried any other battery doors?

the cover is fine, its inside the phone the two plastics pieces that hold the phone in place on each side that are too far apart. Is that adjustable? Will a new housing fix that? Or how can that be fixed which part needs adjusting or replacing? Also has anybody else had this problem?
Thanks for your replies guys, very frustrating!

yes I have. Did you state that your battery also falls out if you hold your phone upside-down without a cover? Are all the n95's like that?

A couple of N95-1's I had in for repair had loose batteries, and what i did to resolve this problem was to gently close the contacts on the battery. I fitted a brand new OEM battery to the one which has a loose battery, and it was fine, so I would say its certainly the battery not pinching the contacts tight enough.
