Call Hold does not work
Hi,
I bought N95 recently. When I make a call to N95 and in active call if I try to put call on hold (i.e. Options->hold) I get a message popped up saying "Rejected" and nothing happens call remain active as it is. Why? |

If you are on a call, hitting the Green 'answer' button should also put the call on hold.

Hi,
I manged to see it working and non-working and can reproduce the problem reliably. I have 2 Sim cards from O2 UK 1) Pay as you go (Prepaid) 2) Pay monthly (post paid) Problem happens only when I use "pay as you go" SIM, not even green key work. However both green key and option->hold works fine with pay monthly Sim. I was assuming that call hold is not network dependent (should be local to device) but now I had a real doubt on my assumption. Can Experts give shed some light? |

i never thought the hold call would be a network dependent...i thought it would be a phone's feature... :)

It is network dependant, I couldn't hold calls on PAYG a few years back... couldn't even join calls or make two at once.
