I hate to draw flames, but here is my only gripe:
The n95-3 simply has a weaker phone radio section. I've used a moto v3xx and n95-3 side by side for the last 9 months on att. I've put probably 10,000 miles on those phones in the rural midwest US. Mostly MO, KS, OK, and TX. Whenever using the n95, I run out of signal, switch the sim to the moto and BOOM make and take calls in the same location. Part of the problem might be the network, but I'm skeptical.

Now, it is true that the moto has an rf jack for an external antenna but in the conditions I'm describing, I'm not using it.

PS: I would give $100US for an external jack on the n95!!!

The lack of a lense cover and the screen isnt very durable. Otherwise a great phone with many option and features.

Others have mentioned most of these but:

1. Lack of actual photo albums, just the stupid virtual folders that don't correspond to real folders
2. How easy and often gallery button on side pressed which itself takes about 10 seconds to load each time
3. Lack of memory, I'm always concious of not to many apps lest the phone run out memory!
4. Lack of ability to customise home screen
5. T9 dictionary only saving about 10 words

N95 8GB...

1) the lack of Xenon...led is real rubbish when taking pics in the pub...and sometimes it flashes the chest of the person whom i am clicking though i am pointing at the face...so the face is blurry but the chest is highlighted...

2) poor battery life...intensive usage of radio/wifi or music player+cam+surfing via gprs/wifi kills the phone in two/three hours flat!

3)the slider...nothing to say about it!

4) the inability to add more GB's thorugh separate card...when i got the phone i thought 8GB would last forever!! but after loading some 7/8 movies and music...my phone is groaning!!

thats about it i guess...these are but little niggles and i can live with them...my N95 8GB, my sweet love..."my preciousssssss!!!!" and oh yes...i love my N82 Black too...

I hate the fact that I dropped mine and scratched it. Oh and that I only have one. :-)

N95 8GB:

Terrible data transfer rates
No expandable memory
No lens cover
LED Flash
SCREEN RESOLUTION (horrible QVGA, my Touch Pro is seriously spoiling me on the browsing and document display front - saw some screens of Opera 9.5 running on the Xperia today - good lord I can't wait!)

N95:

Low RAM
LED Flash
SCREEN RESOLUTION
