Question Countdown timer and stopwatch

So many advertisements on the web that boast the specs of the N95 all talk about the inclusion of a stopwatch and countdown timer. Presumably, they all got their info from the same unreliable source. lol.

I really miss the countdown timer that I've had in previous Nokia's. I keep burning my **** pizzas.

Anyone know of a good replacement app for this sadly missing feature?

Surely there is something available, perhaps on the Symbian site.

The n95 supports multiple alarms, you can make a temporary alarm so your pizza doesnt burn

Yeah Ive tried it now and I have a couple of issues:

- The calender does not integrate with the calender in the phone iteslf
- The go-to-date feature in the calender does not work, essentially, the calender is useless?
- Alarms will not switch on the phone

But I do LOVE the big clock on the standby screen tho :)

I just think its a little overpriced at $20???

I'd be happy to pay $5...

Two Symbian programs I used on the 6680, mCountdown and mStopwatch.
Search for them and see if they work. I am still customising my N95 so can't give you an answer i.r.o. compatibility.

So, it was not an urban legend after all! This expensive "smartphone" does not include preinstalled free timer and stopwatch! What a shame Nokia! Thank God I was saved from the disapointment of discovering this flop by myself once I had bought this deluxe brick.
