Phone backup - Stuck at 52%
Trying to back up using pc-suite - stuck at 52% when it gets to 'phone model-specific backup'.
Won't go any further. Any ideas? Using latest pc-suite with XP Edit: scratch that - I took out 'phone settings' and it worked! Last edited by spyda; 10-09-2008 at 01:16 PM.

You may find that its not stuck... when it gets to the point of 'phone model-specific backup' it tends to take the longest on this part.. i waited about 6 minutes for this part of the backup to be completed.. reset the phone and try again. Have you thought about upgrading your firmware? i was using that version v21.0.016 on T-Mobile but upgraded to v30.0.015

Sure did ... and the reason I was trying to backup was to upgrade! I now shiny new f/w :)
