Software Update Help ¬_¬
Hi, im currently in the process of a software update.
It's been stuck on "preparing installation" for far too long now". I noticed others have experienced this but was unable to find a solution =/. Help Appreciated.

Welcome to the forums.
Before carrying out the directions below. Prior to update, did you back everything up, and remove everything off the phone, maybe a reset? Close NSU via Task Manager, and reboot PC, leaving your Phone connected, then switch back on, and launch NSU again.

Ok. Will do
Just got the phone off a friend...not really bothered about backing up although i have done the *#7780# input for a hard reset. Will restart lapyop and try that. Thanks.
