Hi mate- I think I can help you out. Open up the Video Center on your N95- find and select "Add new service". Video Center will attempt to make a connection to the Internet and display an selection of video services. YouTube should be at the top of the list- click install to add the service. In the Video Center carousel you should now see "YouTube Mobile".

I would, however, recommend another method to access YouTube, as the video center leaves much to be desired. A lot of users like the Java application available from YouTube themselves, others like MobiTubia or other such options. My personal preference is Vtap. They have a native S60 client that not only crawls YouTube for video, but thousands of other sites as well- it also has wikipedia search functions. It's definitely one I would recommend you check out.

Yeah- sorry, mate. Fire up your mobile's web browser and point it to m.vtap.com. Very near the bottom of the page there is a link that says "Download vTap for better search and playback experience". If you're on your mobile, it should detect what version you need.

I totally dig vTap. Thoughts on S-G from me here if you want to know more about it. It's not the prettiest app (new interface in the works), but- depending upon content- the video quality is great, the interface is fairly intuitive, and T9 works well with the great search utility. For me, there's no reason to use anything else as there's just many more sources other than YouTube which I'd like mobile video from. VTap is a clear winner in my book, hands down.

Hmmm... you looked under 'add new service'? Not sure what might be the problem. Honestly though- you're not missing out on anything, the video center YouTube is pants.

I used emtube all the time before going from V11 to V30. I couldn't get the video center Youtube app or Mobitubia to work. The Youtube app in video center seemed to not load any videos (I haven't tried it since upgrading to V30 though). I found in the last month that emtube seemed to have trouble loading videos. It would search fine, bring up results but when I clicked on them they'd never play.
I found the Youtube app from Youtube to work fine but would often be blocky and stall from time to time.
I like using it through the browser now, either just the youtube site in mobile version or by clicking on the link to view it normally. I think you only get a limited number of the videos in the mobile version don't you?
I tried Mobitubia and it would search, load the video rotated on the screen then the app would close. That was on V11 firmware though, haven't tried it on V30.
