Yall think this ones legit? I just ordered it...

it looks genuine but you can't really tell until you press *#0000# on the phone. let us know what pops up when you do that. good luck and welcome to the forum.

good signs mate , normal charger , tv out cable , nokia handsfree , box looks decent with stickers on side showing imei number and product code etc
id say it defo looks like a good one post back and let us know when you get it though good luck hope it turns out ok

no worries,160 MB phone memory is a standard issue,all N95-1's have it as far as I know.
It' s the micro SD slot that one should take care about...Trying to get a memory card with the N95 is all part of a good deal,so try to get one-the bigger the better! I bought mine at my Nokia dealer's just because they were having a sale,all Nokias purchased were issued with a 4gig memory card,I couldn't let that pass.

Wow...im likin this place already...thanks for all the replys...
Man...I thought I checked every inch of that auction...i missed that memory part tho... Is there two different legit n95 8gb model phones? I get all confused reading thru everything...well thanks guys...

there are 2 versions of the N95 8Gig. One is the N95-2 (Euro model) the other is the N95-4 (NAM, north american, model). If it says it is an 8gig version it will NOT have a memory slot. Honestly though I'd look for the N95-3 being that you are in the US because the -3 will support the new 16gb micro sd cards
