Multiple Questions about the N95 & General Questions

Hey all

Hope you can help me clear some of these questions up.

1) Can the normal N95 (non 8gb) use the new sandisk 16gb card , and have there been any problems ?

2) Can the normal N95 (non 8gb) be updated to V30 ? if so are the updates the same as in the sticky ?

3) Anyone on here recive podcasts daily ? if so what ? and how did you set them up ?

4) What would the Best multi charger adaption kit be ? ( ie connect nokia mini charger to other makes of phone charger , Adaption ..)

5) Can the normal N95 (non 8gb) be used to Remote acces files on a pc or server ?

6) Can the normal N95 (non 8gb) use other functions of a pc , ie turn pc on or off + start applications like limewire including data entry. (download remotly)

7) Is the new Copper Casing available for the front of a n95 not just the back ?

8) Can the normal N95 (non 8gb) transfer files remotly to a pc over Wifi ?

9) What is the fastest form of Wifi or Wireless Connection to the N95 and can this be boosted ?

10) The n95 can hold many applications but are displayed as icons and take allot of space , can this be turned into a list ?

depends. that's the latest firmware version for the N95-1. but that might not be the latest for your handset's product code. check here for the latest update available for your product code Nokia Europe - Device software update - Support if you still insist on getting firmware version 30, you might need to change your product code/debrand. check out the tips section.

the copper casing is a full complete housing. availability however is another question. can't seem to find any as of now (unless you buy the copper edition handset)

Tools> Settings> Connection> Wireless LAN

Options> Advanced settings> Yes

TX power level> 100mW

i don't think so. but you can change the menu view. press the application menu key

Options> Change Menu view> List

11 )Where is the info on the V30 update for N95-1 i cant seam to find it ? even with search

12) with the advice given on 10 i find that all menu's are then lists ? i only wish to change the applications to a list.

13)When using NS can you backup exept exclude for example movies / music ?

14)has anyone tried the new 16gb cards and what class are they ?
