N95-3 Stuck on Nokia Blue Letters

Hello Guys

Well...
I have a Problem with my N95-3
I can't turn it on is stuck on the Nokia Blue Letters

First i thought was uncharge but when i plugg into the charger i get this...



No charger metter

So when i tried to turn it on

i get this


4 or 5 minutes later the screen go black & boot again in the nokia blue letter screen

Note:
That happen if the phone is connect to the charger

If don't just turn it on then off

like this....



I have tried Green Buttom + * + 3 + Pwr Buttom
Not success

when did this happen? how long have you had your phone? have you dropped it?

Was a Friend phone

I got it dead Lol

But he told me was during a software update

Try this procedure: Power off phone. Press and hold Green, * and 3 and keep them held whilst powering on and for a few seconds after until you get the screen asking you to select country.

If this doesn't work then the phone is indeed bricked and needs to be taken to a Nokia Care Centre to be fixed. It might still be under warranty.
